Shipping policy

We offer free worldwide shipping on all 50 ml bottles.

For other products, shipping costs are:

• €10 within the Netherlands

• €15 to other European countries

• €30 to the rest of the world

Preparing your order

Once you place your order, we usually need 1–2 business days to prepare it and hand it over to DHL Express, our shipping partner.

We carefully prepare and package every order before it leaves our studio.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided with the order may be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times

Once your order has been handed over to DHL Express, the approximate delivery times are:

• 1–2 business days within the Netherlands

• 3–5 business days to other European countries

• 5–7 business days to the rest of the world

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including delays with DHL Express, customs procedures or other unforeseen circumstances.

Import Duties, Taxes and Fees

Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges and administration fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please be aware of any applicable import charges before placing your order. Refusing a shipment or failing to pay the applicable import charges does not automatically cancel your order or entitle you to a refund.

Hiram Green Perfumes offers free or subsidised shipping on many orders. The amount charged for shipping, if any, therefore does not necessarily reflect the actual shipping cost incurred by Hiram Green Perfumes.

If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered because the recipient fails or refuses to pay the applicable import charges, the recipient is responsible for the reasonable costs and losses resulting from the failed delivery. These costs may include the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Hiram Green Perfumes and any additional carrier, customs, storage, redirection or return charges.
