Shipping policy

We offer free worldwide shipping on all 50 ml bottles.

For other products, shipping costs are:

• €10 within the Netherlands

• €15 to other European countries

• €30 to the rest of the world

Preparing your order

Once you place your order, we usually need 1–2 business days to prepare it and hand it over to DHL Express, our shipping partner.

We carefully prepare and package every order before it leaves our studio.

Delivery times

Once your order has been handed over to DHL Express, the approximate delivery times are:

• 1–2 business days within the Netherlands

• 3–5 business days to other European countries

• 5–7 business days to the rest of the world

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including delays with DHL Express, customs procedures or other unforeseen circumstances.

International orders

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be held by local customs authorities for inspection. This can result in additional and unpredictable delays.

International orders may also be subject to import duties, taxes and customs or administration fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

To avoid unexpected costs, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
