Refund policy

At Hiram Green Perfumes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you would like to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with all labels and original packaging fully intact. Please also include your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at hiram@hiramgreen.com before sending anything back. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your order.

Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. Hiram Green Perfumes cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged while being returned, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at hiram@hiramgreen.com.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the item and packaging so that we can assess the problem and find a suitable solution.

If an item is faulty or damaged, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perfumes or other personal care products that have been opened, used or tested.

We also cannot accept returns where the original packaging or labels have been removed or damaged.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Your right to cancel under EU law

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must let us know within the 14-day period that you wish to cancel your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

The returned product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. You may inspect the product in the same way that you would be able to inspect it in a shop, but you should not use or open the perfume.

The cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We will issue your refund using the original payment method. Refunds will normally be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier, subject to applicable law.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and make the funds available in your account.
