Refund policy
At Hiram Green Perfumes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you would like to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with all labels and original packaging intact. Please also include your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at hiram@hiramgreen.com before sending anything back. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your order.
Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Hiram Green Perfumes cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged while being returned, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Orders Outside the EU and Refused Shipments
Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges and administration fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you refuse delivery, fail to pay the applicable import charges, or otherwise prevent delivery of your order, this does not automatically cancel your order or entitle you to a refund.
You are responsible for the reasonable costs and losses resulting from a refused or undeliverable shipment. These may include the actual outbound shipping costs incurred by Hiram Green Perfumes, as well as any return, redirection, storage, customs or other carrier charges. This applies even where shipping was offered free of charge or where the shipping fee paid by you was lower than the actual cost of shipping your order.
Hiram Green Perfumes is not required to incur unreasonable additional shipping or carrier costs to recover a shipment that has been refused or cannot be delivered because the recipient has failed or refused to pay the applicable import charges.
Where a refused shipment is returned to us, any refund due will be processed after the goods have been received and inspected. Reasonable costs and losses resulting from the failed delivery may be deducted from the refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where returning a refused shipment would result in unreasonable additional costs, Hiram Green Perfumes may allow the shipment to be abandoned or disposed of in accordance with the carrier's procedures. In these circumstances, a refund may not be possible.
Any shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable in the case of a refused or undeliverable shipment, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at hiram@hiramgreen.com.
Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the item and packaging so that we can assess the problem and find a suitable solution.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to availability and your applicable consumer rights.
Non-returnable Items
Perfumes and other personal care products that have been used or tested may not be eligible for a full refund.
Where applicable consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, you may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
We cannot accept returns where the product, original packaging or labels have been damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods, except where the item is faulty or where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
Gift cards are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Your Right to Cancel Under EU Law
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must let us know within the 14-day period that you wish to cancel your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
You may inspect the product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature and characteristics. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
The cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If you cancel your entire order under your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of our standard delivery service, where applicable. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, any additional delivery cost above our standard delivery service will not be refunded.
We will issue your refund using the original payment method. We will refund you within 14 days of being informed of your decision to cancel. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved and the amount to be refunded.
If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and make the funds available in your account.
