Prices & taxes
The full amount of your order will be charged on the date the order is placed. Product prices include Dutch Value Added Tax (VAT) of 21% when shipped in within The European Union (EU); products are tax-exempt when shipped outside EU. There is no VAT on shipping costs. Orders to countries outside EU may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. On these orders, we cannot predict what the charges may be. You must render these additional charges in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Hiram Green Perfumes will not be held responsible for import issues that arise from orders placed on our web store.
Ordering
In order to make a purchase on the Hiram Green Perfumes web store you must be registered and be logged in. Registration is done under 'My Account'. If you are registered but have lost your login information, please use the 'Forgot your password?' link on the My Account page and follow the instructions. Registration is free and easy to complete.
Payment
Our web store accepts payments via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use this service as a guest and pay with a credit card. PayPal is an international online payment service. Payment details are entered over a secure SSL link to PayPal, who will then authorize the payment after checking the details that have been entered. Credit card details entered in the web store are kept securely by PayPal, and are not transmitted to Hiram Green Perfumes.
Exchanges & returns
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request an exchange or refund of items. Returns will only be accepted if returned to us in unused condition, labels and original packaging fully intact, accompanied by the original invoice. Hiram Green Perfumes cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or damaged.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Hiram Green Perfumes. Returning items lost in transport will not be compensated. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Refunds for returned items will be made once the items are received by Hiram Green Perfumes, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes and shipping costs will not be refunded. VAT, if applicable, will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the same 14-day period following delivery.
Privacy
All personal information saved by Hiram Green Perfumes website will be handled with care. The personal information that we store will not be sold. The information will be used to inform you about special offers and other marketing activities related to Hiram Green Perfumes. When registering with our web store, you can choose not to receive information from Hiram Green Perfumes. If you wish to end your subscription of information from us, send an email to info@hiramgreen.com. You have the right to know what information is kept about you in our system. This information can be requested by sending an email to info@hiramgreen.com. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted. All customers paying by credit card are subject to validation checks by Moneybookers.com. Hiram Green Perfumes makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.

Hiram Green Perfumes may at any time change the content of this website and the items available in the product range. Though we strive to always display the correct text, images and pricing, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web store, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through hiramgreen.com are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where Hiram Green Perfumes act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Hiram Green Perfumes cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or not being able to use the site. Hiram Green Perfumes cannot guarantee a problem-free, uninterrupted and secure access to this website.
Violation of rules
Hiram Green Perfumes reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
Force majeure
In case of Force Majeure, Hiram Green Perfumes obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Hiram Green Perfumes can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Hiram Green Perfumes. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Hiram Green Perfumes will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are construed in accordance with Dutch law and you agree that the Dutch courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of you country may be different from the laws in The Netherlands and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website and the ordering of products on it.
